If a defect occurs on a registered battery or charger during the term of the Battery Premium Service due to a material or manufacturing fault or due to wear, Bosch will replace it (possibly with a later model). Replaced batteries or chargers shall become the property of Bosch.
All you have to do is register your tool, lithium-ion battery or charger online within four weeks of purchase. The term of the warranty or service begins on the date of purchase.

2 out of 3 items arrived within 2 days of ordering. 3rd item arrived within a week, had contacted Sitebox on delivery of 3rd item. Was being sent direct from Bosch. Excellent service, bearing in mind the order was placed 2 weeks before Christmas. Definitely use Sitebox again. Highly recommended

Does exactly what it says it cuts foam very accurately actually plus many more materials too I should think. And delivered next day so a good all round shopping experience. One word of warning make sure you buy the guides and blades not like me who just received a cutter I couldn't use!
