Excellent communications and fast delivery as previously, but have dropped a star because one item has to come direct from the maker which I wasn't informed of when ordering, so unable to use any of it until this item arrives

Superb, next day delivery as advertised. By far the lowest price that I could find. However, there were a couple of, fairly, insignificant parts missing. I'm not a "picky" person but ,as " I've paid", etc . As it's a weekend, I'm unable to call the company in order to to address this issue until Monday, so we'll see. Nevertheless, as things stand, I would have no hesitation purchasing from SITEBOX again. Excellent service, sofar.

Its a decent pump for the money considering its stainless steel body too. Its does what it says on the tin, gets rid of unwanted water fast!
