We placed order over the phone to very pleasant and efficient adviser. They said it would be delivered next day but we received text next morning saying there was a delay in delivering. However this is not sitebox fault it was the courier company and we have all had problems with them! Next day the same. We phoned sitebox and they were on it right away they emailed courier company and then phoned me back later in the day advising that they were sending out another fan to get there here the next day. The first fan would be sent back. Really good customer service And I will definetlty use again for goods think we were unfortunate in courier system.
