Package arrived as specified but more detailed tracking would have been useful. Driver was very helpful and put it in the garage as I requested. No problems so far with installation and operation of the pillar drill.

Great for the price. A tiny bit of play in the quill but acceptable for all but the most exacting jobs. Not Sitebox's fault but the pre-order date changed, however was delivered as soon as was available, a week later.

Usually very good, the products great but this time I had my whole delivery delivered to the wrong street, luckily the recipient was honest enough in which to return the goods to me. So on this occasion the delivery company let Sitebox down
