No 3-phase power supply? The PC40 converts 230v power input to 415v, 3phase power output! The converter does not create 3 usable phases. It is only suitable to power 3 phase induction motors. 'The Static Converter is a passive device that relies upon an interaction between the converter and an induction motor to induce an artificial third phase.'

THESE CONVERTERS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR USE WITH CAR HOISTS, COMPRESSORS & VACUUM PUMPS DUE TO THEIR HIGH START UP LOADS.

Unfortunately the inverter went pop on the first use but what was great was the customer service. It was what you really want customer service to be they were super helpful and organised the return of the inverter and re delivery straight away. Had the replacement within a week. And the replacement works great. I run a 3 phase sanding disc on it and it works fine. But again I couldn’t recommend the company highly enough. I will be using them again 👍🏻👍🏻

I bought this unit to run a two post car lift I was given that was 3 phase with a 3hp motor on it. The unit turned up faster than expected which was great given the COVID situation. The unit works well but I would say I have to give it full power to lift a car. If I had the option I would swop this for the bigger unit that was more on top of the job. PRO,, excellent delivery service, excellent machine, CONS, the machine should have been powerful enough for this job but it only just dose it.

I think it will be good to advise customers, what connection that should come with the product ...it took me 2 weeks to get the rest of the connections but very good product
