Awful: RIP-OFF! I chose to but from this site because they advertised next day delivery, guess what, it didn't happen. I spoke to customer services (who in fairness were very pleasant) and they explained that their supplier was dispatching it SO there was NEVER a chance they'd make next day and when the parcel arrived it had come direct from Draper. When I opened the parcel there was ONLY ONE carbon brush in it - nobody EVER bought ONE carbon brush!!!! SO I paid £5.99 for shipping of an article weighing about 3 grams to arrive late and inadequate. What circumstance do they imagine where a single carbon (motor) brush is required/desired. It's shameful - £13.81 for something valued at about 60p. I contacted Draper direct to resolve the issue - they were wonderful, sent me 10 for gratis. I WON'T USE SITEBOX AGAIN!
