bought based on reviews and set up this morning. Whilst it cuts nice and clean I found a number of issues; various joints are slack so the table flexes ore than i'd like. The runner for the mitre gauge too loose in its groove on the table allowing movement in the set angle. The mitre clamp on its highest setting doesn't really grip, tightening it just results in it being pushed over. I had to drill out holes in the sliding part of the fence to allow the square heads of the thumb tightened clamp screws to actually tighten. As supplied fully adjusted using the operational wheel for blade angle I could not get a vertical cut (about 1 degree out) - no instruction on adjusting the stop. Also the protective plastic cover on the base has to be bent past various bolts as part of the initial set-up (to remove internal packing) - on mine the cover itself was broken around the 2 screws that cannot be removed beneath the sliding carriage handle - the stress obviously breaking at this weak point when it was packed. All in all i'm a bit disappointed.

The saw itself is as good as I've used, heavy duty accurate and powerful. The whole package lets itself down with the stand. While it fits very nicely with the saw the legs don't feel quite strong enough. Almost like one knock into it and the whole lot would come crashing down. I've setup it up next to my workbench to add some stability and it all works very well jow

This was ideal for when I was doing Fascia and Soffits last year. Could not fault it, comes with all the extras needed for angles. Folds down for neat storage and has wheels for ease of movement
