Great mixer, easy to use, good handles for tipping/spinning. make sure you put all the nuts and washers in the right place when assembling (use the pictures of the mixer to help). I didn't have trouble assembling as such, it was all fine, but the instructions have many diagrams and the bolts and washers part could have been more close-up. Quite a quiet operation (being electric!), but then the last one I used was petrol. Also, Fairport are a "British manufacturer"! Sitebox delivery was all good.

Good price for tools. Gave them a 4 star as I didn't get the delivery the day it was suppose to arrive. Which didn't help when I was working away.

The normal warranty on Fairport equipment is 1 year from delivery to customer and 3 years for the Honda engines fitted. Should a machine failure occur it is expected that the customer will complete a warranty claim form which will be assessed by Fairport. Assessment will establish if the failure has been a result of premature mechanical failure, normal wear and tear or machine abuse. Once approved, the machine can be repaired under warranty by either a Fairport Distributor or by the Fairport factory. See here for more information
