  1. How do I place an order?

    The easiest way to place an order is by doing it online but you can call up and place the order over the phone during office hours which are 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday. If you have a credit account with us you can send us an official purchase order over on company headed paper to sales@sitebox.ltd.uk. During the online process once you get to the shopping basket there will be a C number located underneath that you can quote to us if you wish to complete the order over the phone during office hours.

  2. What is my delivery date?

    Our delivery dates depend upon the product that you order. We do hold stock of a vast range of products in our warehouse, all of which will be delivered on a next working day service but in some cases where the manufacturer delivers on our behalf the delivery time might be longer. We work hard to make sure each product maintains accurate information regarding its delivery date / time. Tracking information, where obtainable, can be found on this page and just requires you to enter your email address and the order id. If you have any questions or concerns over delivery times please don't hesitate to contact us.

  3. Can I collect my order directly from you?

    We don't have a trade counter here for purchases but you are more than welcome to come down and collect an order from our warehouse once bought. Please do contact us though before coming as we don't hold everything here and also we might ship it before you arrive if we don't know you are collecting. Also please bring your confirmation email so that we can verify your purchase.

  4. Do you do ship internationally?

    We are constantly changing the countries and islands that we can and are allowed to deliver to. These are listed when you enter your address details in the shopping cart process and will alter the shipping costs accordingly if there are any. Please contact us if you have any questions or if your location is not listed and we will do our best to assist you where possible.

  5. Can I please an order on credit?

    We do offer 30 day credit terms to account customers that order regularly from us but we don't offer any installment plans to non account holders. If you wish to open a credit account you can download and fill in the application form here. If you are looking for some form of credit we do use Paypal as a payment provider who do have a credit scheme in place if you pay by them and select that during checkout. Please note the credit will be held by them and not us in that instance.

  6. What are your cut off times for next day delivery?

    For any items that leave from us on a next working day delivery the cut off time is 15:00. For any items that leave to go direct from a manufacturer their cut off times are represented by the delivery date that is shown on the product itself at the time of purchase. If you need something urgently and require an upgraded service then please contact us and we can certainly look into the different options for you.

  7. How long before I can expect my refund?

    We can almost always refund your order straight away but in some instances we will have to wait for the goods to arrive back with us before we can process a refund. Please allow 2-3 working days for the refund to show back onto the card you paid with.
