Good service and product quick delivery. Was slightly confused with what you get and don't get but came with 20mm and 25mm formers and guides which is what we wanted so that was fine. As for the actual bender itself it's light, far lighter than the old hilmor I had which lasted years so hopefully this one will too. It's also very accurate and easy to use once you've used it a few times.
