My order was easy to place and can't fault anything regarding the order process - it was the delivery we had an issue with!! The item ordered didn't all come at the same time causing extra expense to enable the job to be completed on time!!! When the title of the description says 'complete with' you expect all items to be delivered together, but this was not the case, disappointing result after things had gone so well.
