5999.98 2024-12-20Hyundai's DHY9KSEm is a single phase diesel generator with a 9kVA output. A 'silent' diesel generator with an enclosed canopy, it is powered by a Hyundai water-cooled 3-cylinder diesel engine and AVR brushless alternator, and is started electrically on the key. The large 1500rpm Hyundai diesel engine runs at a much lower rate of revs, which helps the unit to run more economically as well as reducing noise levels, and in effect increases the lifespan of the generator overall. It has a maintenance free AVR which provides a smooth voltage output, suitable for powering sensitive electrical euipment, as well as continuing the day-to-day running of your household goods and utilities. The combination of the 'silenced' weatherproof canopy and large exhaust helps ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum. It has a base-mounted fuel tank with low fuel level warning and cut out, with external fuel filler. Another key feature is the air pre-heating system for easy start up.
The interactive InteliLite digital control panel helps the user keep a controlling outlook on the performence of the generator. It comes as ATS-prepared, so can be connected to an automatic transfer switch if needed. It also has a 2-wire remote start functionality to allow easy installation of remote starting. All standard Hyundai 1500rpm diesel generators are designed to be used as stationary generators for standby or prime power supply.
