The HYC2610 is the smallest chainsaw in the Hyundai Power Equipment range, weighing only 3.5kg and equipped with a top handle. This small but powerful petrol chainsaw is designed for precision tree work and can only be used by a trained operative, for cutting trunks, squaring timbers and cutting branches.
Powered by a 2-stroke, 26cc petrol engine and a Walbro carburettor, the HYC2610 is a powerful chainsaw which comes equipped with a 25cm (10”) world-renowned Oregon bar and chain. For the protection of the user the HYC2610 comes with a chain brake for times when a kick-back may occur.

great little saw... easy to start, quite good on fuel, very light. This has made small branch removal far less tiring than using my full sized chainsaws. I have other Hyundai equipment and so far, the motors have been very reliable... worth paying that little bit extra for the home user.

Useful little saw and much much better build than the cheapo's you see on ebay. Ok it may cost £40.00 more *but* it will last for years and not just one season. The controls, linkages, chain tensioner, and the chain brake are robust and the important parts are made of metal! Fuel and Oil filler caps are well made and easy to remove and tighten. I haven't done much cutting with it so far but it feels good to use, is nicely balanced and cuts straight and true. It delivers plenty of power for what it's supposed to do and will also be useful to rescue me should I get 'pinched' when I'm using a bigger saw.. I think it's unbeatable value for moderate users and it should last them for years.

Hyundai Chain Saws I have purchased several medium priced chain saws in the past only to end up disappointed overall, but having bought a Hyundai Inverter Generator which by the way is brilliant, i thought I'll give the chain saws a go, Sitebox ltd seemed the most competitive and free delivery too. I wasn't disappointed either, the service was excellent fast delivery and a great little saw or actually I bought 2 different sized saws for the price of a better known brand. I'm well impressed

If you don't want to spend too much on a big chainsaw then can I say this small chainsaw is a little savage and great value.......might get me a second for down the road.
