Good Product Good Delivery, my wife says it is a little heavy for her, but she is getting used to it, cut through some quite deep grass without a problem. I will repeat what others have said - the wire connection from the handle to the base is very very stiff, it works but needs a lot of pressure to locate it properly.

I would highly recommend this site over others, ordered one of these elsewhere (I wont say whom) and was thoroughly disappointed when after 1 week it still hadn't arrived. I obtained a refund from them and ordered through Sitebox. It arrived next day in mint condition. The mower itself once you get used to its size and power is an absolute joy to use.

Ordered this mower late one afternoon it was delivered within 36 hours. Had a problem getting it to work but that was completely my fault due to me not being very technically minded. I phoned Sitebox who gave me Hyundiais number, the guys there were amazing talking me through what I was doing wrong. I am sure anybody technically minded would not have a problem Have only used it twice but easy to use it is quite heavy though, very sturdy and I manage it quite easily.

Very pleased with my purchase of a Hyundai lawnmower through Sitebox. The company's website provided good information about its products along with reviews and ordering was easy. Price was competitive. My mower arrived next working day but one - my order was placed late p.m and the website warned this could add a day, so no disappointment. Only quibble, it would have been nice to have used a courier that provided anticipated delivery times and tracking, as I had to wait in for a day and a half not knowing when it would arrive.

After a lot of online research, I bought this mower to replace an ageing 'B&Q special' Mountfield. The build quality of the Hyundai is in a completely different league and truly amazing for the price. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and the mower was delivered early the following Monday morning. Assembly was straightforward but I would echo the comments regarding the need to use cable ties on the handle and the very tight battery-starter motor connection. The promised free engine oil was missing so I bought a litre of GTX to get me going and will use the Morris oil that arrived the next day following an email to Sitebox when I do the first oil change. The engine started easily and the mower made very short work of my quite large lawns leaving them very evenly cut. Even the neighbours were impressed. This is a very highly specified, quality lawnmower at an amazing price which I can thoroughly recommend.

Delivered very promptly. As a long term user of Mountfield mowers, I was attracted to Hyundai having bought a superb i10 car last year! The Hyundai HYM51SPE appears much better designed than my old mower in almost every respect - notably in the strength of the handle fixing and the position of the battery. I also particularly liked the mechanism for changing height. And how gratifying on unpacking the mower and setting up very easily, to have it start immediately at the very lightest pull, eager to go. After giving it a first test whirl around the lawn it also started again just as readily on the key. The electrical plug and socket connection between deck and handle is somewhat tight and awkward for hand connection and might prove equally difficult to later pull apart if necessary. This appears a robust well designed mower and Sitebox offered best value online.

Great item and super fast delivery. Easy to assemble and get going, the oil supplied is just the right amount for the engine. Slightlyarger than I was expecting but cuts well, fills the grass box well and easy to control.

I ordered from SitePower because it had the best price including next day delivery, I was not disappointed, tracking could have been better. It had been sent direct from GenPower (a link to their shipper's tracking would have been helpful). The mower is easy to assemble after watching the Hyundai video, the only problem I had was, the connector plug and socket for the starter cable is a very tight fit, I was unable to get it to fit as well as it should, I got round this by wrapping the connection with self amalgamating tape. As far as mowing goes, it is easy to control with 3 speeds and cuts very well, I am, so far very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it.

My mower was delivered direct from Genpower , it took 4 days to arrive which is very good as I am in Southern Ireland. There was a small circlip missing from wheel which resulted in damage to inner wheel , on contacting Genpower the circlip and new inner wheel was sent and arrived in 2 days ,with advice from Genpower I attatched new inner wheel. The mower is now working fine, the service was second to none

An impressive electric start mower. I ordered this machine after reading the reviews and I am very pleased with my purchase. I needed an electric start machine because of a shoulder problem which is aggravated when using a pull-start. The build quality of the machine is excellent, there is a small amount of assembly needed which is very well explained on a YouTube video. The only difficulty I found was that the starter cable connector plug is a very tight fit. Using the electric start is easy, just don’t forget to operate the ‘Operator presence handle’ before turning the key. This is a powerful mower and made light work of fairly long grass, the choice of 3 speeds is a great help. I decided to buy from Sitebox as they offered a competitive price and next day delivery.

The delivery was superb and thank you for the service. The assembly instructions are ok and I found the video most useful. The build quality of the mower very good but not superb for such a reputable company. There are a few technical points you may wish to pass to the manufacturer. First: The dipstick is plastic! When they replace it I would like to be sent a metal one. The cables: they are unruly and some cable ties with instructions would help. The plastic holding ones supplied are not sufficient. The battery cable is vulnerable flopping about. Thirdly and most importantly: the cable of the choke will be damaged when the mower is folded for storage. There is a punch-out on the battery holder so one can fit the choke on the inside of the handle and thus manage to avoid crushing the cable.

After reading all the rave reviews about the HYM51SPE, I had now doubt that this mower was the one for me. However, when all set up after arrival, the mower failed to start. I phoned Hyundai support and they suggested some adjustments to make but this still didn't get it going. Very disappointed. They then decided to take the mower back to their technicians and see what the problem was. I now have it back after a new throttle cable was fitted and a new battery. It is ok now but my confidence has been dented with the realibility of the mower. So disappointed after all the great reviews. I suppose these things happen but had the mower been tested before dispatch, these faults would have been picked up. I have to say that transport back to Hyundai was paid by them, but it is just all the hassle that is so annoying when a new machine should have been correct to start with. Site box website and ordering and delivery could not be faulted. Five stars for them but only three for the mower.

Very pleased with the purchase of my new lawnmower. Ordering and delivery was a breeze with the advertised one day delivery. ordered on a Sunday night and it arrived on the Tuesday. Only criticsm re the delivery is there was no actual confirmation of the delivery date but did arrived as advertised. I wasn't in when the parcel arrived but my wife accepted the parcel. When I got home I had a concern that the parcel had previously been opened and resealed with Sitebox Tape. So i ventured to open the box and assemble the lawnmower. Initial reaction to the box being previously opened and the way it was packed, my thoughts were, whats missing? Ultimately everything was there, phew. Assembled the lawnmower no problem, all parts were present. Now onto the lawnmower. I couldn't be happier with the lawn mower. It was the cheapest price I could find, free delivery and next working day. It is a bit of a beast, well made loads of extras you wouldn't find on similar priced units from better named suppliers. The lawn hadn't been cut for three weeks and was four inches long with thicker patches. Put the mower on its lowest setting which was 25mm and it went through it like the proverbial hot knife through butter. Collected all the cuttings no problem. The large 70ltr collecting bag was great and didn't clog up. I haven't used all the functions like, mulching and side exit systems but my favourite is the electric start, so easy, followed by the self cleaning, connect the hose, run for a couple of minutes, job done. The manual start was easy as well. Wouldn't hesitate buying again from Sitebox or buying a Hyundai. Would recommend, highly.

Excellent service and delivery from Sitebox. The mower's power and large rear wheels make a sloping garden easy to cut. This is literally a 'walk behind' mower. Battery being recharged when in use is a plus point. Some stupid little plastic clips for the leads keep falling off but they are not necessary. Clutch cable needed an initial adjustment. Tried the hose connection to clean the underside but still had to finish off by scraping afterwards. Haven't tried the pull start yet and hope I never have to.

I cannot praise Sitebox enough on the delivery time and price, both were excellent. The mower is very good and can be highly recommended, the key start is first class and saves a lot of pulling and puffing. My only criticism is the instruction book. a couple of points on the fitting of parts might have been better explained, other than that "a must buy product".

Excellent communication, service and price. Mower construction feels a little light-weight but everything works, time will reveal how robust it is . Minor sharpening of the blade improves the quality of cut greatly which isn't unusual with new blades. If the mower lasts 4-5 seasons it will rate 5 stars.

The machine itself took just over 40 minutes to assemble and prepare for use (after the battery pack had been charged for 6 hours). Another call to Sitebox quickly clarified the type of oil which could be used in the engine as the two instruction booklets which came with the mower gave different information about this. The mower produces a quality cut helped by the 3-speed power and throttle controls. It is heavier - and so not so easy to hand-manoeuvre compared with similar cutting width mowers because of the electric start gearing and control pack but the benefits of electric starting are immense. A quality machine which hopefully will give many years of service.

Fantastic mower and a brilliant price - The best on the web at the time. Easy to assemble and you're up and running in no time. Gives a beautiful cut and is silent and smooth running. Love the key start, saves pulling the cord and with being a larger mower you get a wider cut thus saving time - ideal for the larger garden....certainly an eye turner in bright blue gloss finish. We were desperate to dispense with difficult recoil starters. The Hyundai we bought is brilliant and gives the best cut ever. Due to transport malfunctions the overnight delivery was delayed by a day but we were notified promptly by telephone so we were not left frustrated. Altogether an excellent experience

Ordered mower just before Easter and due to the holiday it arrived yesterday. The staff at Sitebox were extremely helpful and kept in touch throughout the the order and delivery process. The mower was delivered on a small wooden pallet and after unpacking the box I had the mower assembled in less than 1/2 hr. I put the battery on charge and 4hrs later it was charged and after adding oil and petrol I was ready to go. It was a pleasure to mow with this machine, its powerful and easy to operate coping with my undulating lawn and not scalping the high points. I was surprised that even though it doesn't have a roller it still stripes the lawn. Overall excellent value for money.

Well firstly its easy to start (always helps) and the engine is very powerful plus the overall housing and machine itself seems very well built. The grass collector at the back holds a good amount of grass so you don't have to keep emptying it constantly. I Did our whole back lawn which is about half an acre in under 30 minutes.
