Measure outdoors easily

What really makes this laser stand out from the similarly equipped D210 is its ability to measure outdoors over 150m, even in bright sunlight or rainfall. The digital viewfinder/pointfinder allows the user to capture the item on screen, zooming in up to 4x to bring it into view. You can measure to whatever you can see on the screen providing it's up to 150m away - even when you can't see the red laser dot. Conventional, indoor laser measures are susceptible to light glare and atmospheric disturbance. Not so the D410.

Highly durable

Most laser measures are not suitable for extended use outside. This is not 'most' laser measures, however... The casing and keypad are sealed against water jets and dust achieving IP65 levels of protection. The result is that you can fire a high pressure hose at it, expose it to incredibly dusty environments and, perhaps more practically, use it in the rain and wash it off under a tape or hose to clean.

Smart Horizontal Mode

Frequently find you have to measure rooms or outdoor areas with obstacles in the way? With a conventional laser this would be a problem but with Leica's patented 'Smart Horizontal Mode' you can measure past or 'through' walls, furniture, hedges or other objects.

Leica produce the only laser measures in the world currently certified to the ISO 16331-1 standard; the D410 is no exception. Accuracy is guaranteed to ±1mm in real world conditions - on site, in the office, indoors or outdoors.
