This is a heavy unit which despite less than substantial packaging arrived in one piece. It works fine and is just what I needed. The only point I would make is that the web description could have specified clearly what the connector was so that I could have ordered one to arrive at the same time. A business opportunity perhaps to sell the appropriate connector as an addon?

One great 110v transformer, the other is fit for the bin top and handle smashed in... Unable to check on delivery as they were just left inside our unit door without us knowing.

I've been dealing with Sitebox for a couple of years or more. I find them extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help. They are quick to communicate any problems back to you. The service I find is the best I've come across for quite a while, and have no problems to speak of. I certainly would recommend this come to anyone.

I dont think our problem was with site box but the carrier they use. Transformer went missing for a week in transit then turn up with the welded legs broken. First bad experience with site box as they are usually very good. I think they should review who they use for deliveries. Companies should also realise that we would pay more for a good delivery service, the drivers are put under too much pressure to deliver on time and poorly paid. Even when the promised it was being deliverd before midday it still turned up half an hour late.
