MXA 300 contract wood floor adhesive from Marldon is a high strength single-part hybrid adhesive with tension reducing flexibility.

MXA 300 is used for fully bonding engineered wood flooring. Suitable for use with most substrates and compatible with underfloor heating systems. C

ompatible over suitably prepared common substrates including, sand and cement, concrete and Anhydrite/Calcium sulphate based screeds.

Technical Specifications: 

  • Coverage Rate Approx 1-1.3KG per m² with 4mm or B6 triangular notch trowel
  • Storage Temperatures must not fall below +5 or exceed +25 during storage or transportation.
  • Store in stable dry conditions between +5 and +25 degrees centegrade.
  • Cleaning Can be removed by the use of multi purpose surface wipes and warm water. Cured adhesive can be removed mechanically.
  • Shelf Life 12 months when stored as recommended in unopened packaging.
  • Accreditations GEV-EMICODE EC1 Plus
  • Packaging Available in 15kg plastic buckets.
  • Colour Beige
  • Working Time Approx 30 mins at 20°C
  • Application Temperature Range +15°c to +30°c R.H. Maximum 70%
