Rems Picus SR Diamond Core Drill with Speed Control

Rems Titan Diamond Drill Stand

Robust and highly stable diamond core stand suitable for core drilling up to 300mm in concrete and reinforced concrete and other masonry materials.

Supply Format

Titan drilling stand with toolkit (hex key and spanners x 3), concrete fastening kit (2 x M12 splaying anchors, 10 x M12 hammer anchors, setting tool, cord threaded bar M12 x 65mm, quick clamping nut, washer.

Constructed from square section 50mm unbendable steel tube with narrow tolerance for low vibration guidance slide.

Rig is continuously tiltable up to 45° and is double supported by single part construction steel girders providing maximum thrust to drilling rig.

Integrated spirit level for optimum siting of unit and adjustments by 4 eye bolts to compensate for uneven floors.

Built in depth scale for perfect drilling penetration.

Slide guided on all 4 sides by plastic pre-tensioned slide bearings which are adjustable to provide precision in-feed and low vibration drilling for optimum user control and prolonged diamond core life.

Quick clamping plate to accommodate diamond drill units with standard 60mm clamping throat.
