This tool seems to work well on larger swa over 25mm2 any smaller and the swa seems to spley out making it harder to fit the gland especially cw glands.

As an electrician I strip quite a few armoured cables during a a normal week, & a fellow spark told me about this product, although I do possess a cable stripper from another manufacturer. Decided to take the plunge & buy my SACS stripper. My first impression was very good, it does take you a few attempts to understand the full benefit from the SWA cutter from SACS. Reasonably priced product, will definitely be using it a lot more in 2021

I'm doing quite a lot of SWA cables for domestic works, outdoor, patios, gardens etc. So the cables are not big c.s.a - usually multicores 1.5 mm2 - 10 mm2. Recently by the occasion of doing big garden job I purchased this tool as bored with the hacksaw. I'm really impressed - it does clear, nice cut of armour and sheath. Would recommend to all electricians.
