Friendly helpful staff made the order process quick and hassle free. The Telesteps ladders are very high quality, super stable and compact. The price was by far the best we could find and included next day delivery. I have no hesitation recommending Sitebox.

Ordered a ladder which the website said was "available". Took Thursday off work to take delivery, as per the estimated timescale. No ladder. Had to beg another day off on the Friday. Half way through the afternoon, I got concerned - I not received any tracking information after the initial order confirmation, which I had kind of expected, because most people do that now. Rang up. Apparently they'd sent me a mail the day after I placed the order to say that they didn't actually have any stock and wouldn't get any until the end of January. I had wanted it for the weekend... I don't doubt their system said they had done this, the response and details provided were too quick for this to be made up, but I didn't have the mail (I'd checked me spam before ringing, and they clearly had my address from the order confirmation). Looking at other reviews it seems that others have also reported this same situation. Website has been updated to say the ladder is on back order and expected in line with what I was told. I asked to cancel the order, and I have now got a refund, no problem with that. I did get an apology, but not with much grace. Customer Service lady was not very friendly. I ordered elsewhere, for basically 6 quid more, ladder was with me on Saturday morning, at no extra cost, well under 24hrs later! On balance, I wouldn't order again.
