All Festool customers automatically receive a 24 month manufacturer's guarantee when purchasing their power tool. This warranty is independent from any other agreements. You are entitled to a free extended warranty (1 year + 2 years = 3 years) for your Festool power tool by completing registration form.
All products are supplied subject to the manufacturers warranty terms. If your products manufacturer isn't listed below and you require information regarding it then please contact us and we will find out for you.
Sitebox Ltd reserve the right the replace a faulty product with a substitute of equivalent value or to refund the original purchase price. No claim is accepted where products have been used for a purpose for which they are not intended, fitted correctly, not maintained to the manufacturers recommended standards, have failed due to fair wear and tear or have been misused or abused.
If you are outside of the UK then in some circumstances warranties can differ. Please contact us for more information regarding this if you are concerned about your warranty for use outside of the UK.
