Delivery of the initial item was rejected as the packaging was badly damaged, taped up and some of the contents spilling onto my doorstep - the courier could not guarantee all the parts were there. Contacted Sitebox and they quickly organised for another item to be sent, which arrived OK. The product is excellent - definitely fit for purpose and of good quality. Our loft access required some modification to fit a downward hinging access door. Actual installation of the ladder was pretty straightforward, although I thought to manufacturers installation instructions were somewhat over complicated and a couple of the diagrams contained a couple of basic labelling errors which were misleading. The final installation works well and we are very pleased. Siteboxes price was competitive. Would recommend this product.
